Derma Roller Better than IPL for Scars
A Recent clinical trial comparing the Derma Roller and IPL for the treatment of Scars found Micro needling to be more effective than IPL. The results of the clinical trial demonstrated that the Derma roller increased the thickness of the skin compared to IPL as well as significantly increasing collagen type 1 and overall collagen deposits in comparison to IPL.
Apart from having no downtime, damage to the epidermis and being a minimally invasive treatment with relatively little cost, the Derma Roller again has been shown to be superior than other cosmetic treatments on the market. Follow the link to learn more about the dermaroller.
