Eco Mat and Pillow Instructions
- Unroll the mat and place it on the floor or solid surface.
- Wearing only a light fabric shirt or covering lie with the mat evenly covering your back.
- Remain on the mat for 10 minutes the first time and then on successive days build up to 20 minutes per day.
- For more severe conditions the mat can be used for up to an hour per day.
- The mat can also be used under the feet, under the head or on the stomach for specific conditions.
- The velcro on the mat can also be use to wrap it around limb to assist areas like the knee
- For sterility, the mat can be sprayed between uses with the White Lotus cleaner if required.
