What does world first mould injected mean and why does it matter?
Standard dermarollers are assembled by inserting individual surgical steel needles into a plastic roller head one by one. This assembly process means needles can occasionally work loose during use. The White Lotus mould injected design creates the roller head with the surgical stainless steel needles injected directly into the mould in a single manufacturing step. The needles are permanently secured as part of the roller head structure and cannot separate from it. This is a genuine world first in dermaroller manufacturing developed specifically to address the safety limitations of conventional assembled designs.
Is this dermaroller suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The White Lotus Sensitive Skin Dermaroller was developed specifically for sensitive, reactive and delicate skin types. The 0.15mm needle depth is superficial and the mould injected surgical stainless steel needles are polished to the highest specification for smooth consistent skin contact. How does the mould injected design differ from standard dermarollers?
In a conventional assembled dermaroller individual needles are pressed or glued into the roller head during manufacturing. The White Lotus mould injected dermaroller has its surgical stainless steel needles set directly into the roller head during the moulding process itself. This creates a structurally superior bond between the needles and the roller head, meaning the needles cannot loosen or fall out during use, making it a safer and more reliable option.
How do I incorporate this dermaroller into my skincare routine?
