Performed correctly facial cupping leaves no marks and is used for lymphatic drainage, circulation and a brighter complexion. How do I perform facial cupping without leaving marks?
The rule for the face is light suction and constant movement. Apply facial oil generously first, squeeze the small cup gently to create mild suction, and keep the cup gliding in upward and outward strokes from the moment it touches the skin. Never let the cup rest stationary on facial skin. Marks only form when a cup sits in one place with firm suction. Work each area of the face for thirty seconds to a minute, always moving, and finish with the neck to support drainage.
