What is the correct technique for jade gua sha?

Hold the tool flat against the skin at a 15-degree angle and use light upward strokes from the jaw to the temple and from the neck upward to the chin. Always work upward and outward. Apply 3-4 drops of White Lotus Green Tea Facial Oil before use so the tool glides smoothly without pulling the skin.
